Since February 2002 I have been involved as a property and facilities manager in apartment blocks and mixed-use developments in the greater Dublin area. Through my professional relationship with some of the biggest developers in the country between 2002 and 2010, I developed excellent contacts in the property business in Dublin which has allowed me to source excellent development sites before they come to the market.
In 2010 I sold my Property Management business and started Hogan Estates.
Hogan Estates employs seven full-time staff and three part-timers, and is involved in the sales, lettings and valuations of residential, retail and industrial property in the greater Dublin area and beyond. On the lettings side of the business we focus almost exclusively on the letting and management of properties, as opposed to a letting service.
As a member member of the valuation panels for both Bank of Ireland and Permanent TSB banks, it has given me the opprtunity to keep my finger the pulse in relation to residential and commercial property values in the greater Dublin area.
I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors in United States of America and through my contacts there I have sold a lot of property owned by Irish people in the US, but of late have been acquiring good quality investments in the US for Irish people seeking tax efficient investments with good yields.
I also act a buyers agent for foreign investors from all over the world.
