
Eoghan Gavigan
The principle of the firm Eoghan Gavigan has over 24 years’ experience in banking and finance across Treasury, Lending and Wealth Management. Having worked in Bank of Ireland Business Banking as well as the Property Division of Bank of Scotland (Ireland) and subsequently the Portfolio Management Division of ACC Bank / Rabobank, Eoghan has extensive experience across all stages of the lending process – financial analysis, deal structuring, frontline lending and credit underwriting.
The holder of a Degree in Credit Management from DIT, Eoghan is also a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and a holder of the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from University College Dublin. He is a member of the Institute of Banking as well as the Financial Planning Standards Board Ireland and is a Specialist Investment Adviser and a Certified Financial Planner™.
Highfield Financial Planning has relationships with bank and non-bank lenders in Ireland and the UK who are seeking additional financing opportunities in commercial and residential property, both development lending and investment lending, bridging finance and refinance of existing facilities. We have particular experience in sourcing funding for discounted payoff scenarios (DPO’s).
